Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I buy on the website?
App Store rules in Vietnam do not allow steering users to outside payments. Cháy Túi sells only via Apple so you manage, cancel and get refunds in one place.
Does the yearly plan renew automatically?
Yes, like every Apple subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Does cloud AI receipt reading send my photo to a third party?
Only if you agree: the app asks before the first send and says clearly that the photo (or masked text in private mode) goes to Google Gemini on servers outside Vietnam. See the Privacy Policy.
What happens when I run out of cloud AI scans?
The app keeps reading bills with on-device AI and manual entry works as usual. Cloud AI scans refresh every month.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for In-App Purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else, contact Cháy Túi.
Does the credit card wallet store my card number?
No. You only enter the limit, statement day and payment due date; the first 6 and last 4 digits are optional. The app never takes the full number, expiry or CVV. Card tracking is on Pro and Max; on Free a card-type wallet still works like a normal wallet.
Do I keep my data if I downgrade to Free?
Yes. Your data stays on your phone; paid features are simply locked until you upgrade again.
